Returns & Exchanges

At JU Active, we design activewear exclusively for women and want you to feel confident with every purchase. If something doesn’t work for you, our return and exchange policy is here to help.

 

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if all the following conditions are met:

  • Request is made within 7 days of receiving your order

  • Product is unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Original tags, labels, and packaging are intact

  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is provided

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Innerwear, bras, underwear

  • Accessories

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

 

Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are allowed once per order only

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of size or product

  • If the requested item is unavailable, store credit may be issued

  • Exchange shipping charges may apply

 

Return & Refund Policy

  • Refunds are provided only for defective or incorrect items

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method

  • Processing time may take 7–14 business days after approval

 

Shipping Charges

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • If the item is defective or incorrect, JU Active will cover return shipping

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Our team will review and assist with a replacement or refund
