Frequently Asked Questions
An order can be cancelled within 60 minutes of it being placed. If you’re looking to cancel your order, and it was placed within the last 60 minutes, contact us through phone or Live Chat during operating hours.
Due to high volume, there’s a chance you may not be able to reach us within the cancellation window. If that’s the case, you can start a return (subject to our Return Policy) once your order arrives.
If your order was cancelled, you won’t be charged and any pending charges will drop within 3-10 business days. While order cancellations can happen for a variety of reasons, they typically occur due to low inventory. The product(s) may have sold out at the time of purchase.
If you notice the item you’re looking to buy is still in stock online, we encourage you to place a new order and ensure your shipping address, billing address, and payment are correct.
We’re unable to edit or modify an order once it’s been placed. Be sure to double-check the items you have in your cart before placing your order.
If it was placed within the last 60-90 minutes, we might be able to cancel it.
Create a gift receipt before placing your order by selecting “this is a gift” during checkout. We’re unable to create a gift receipt after the order is placed.
If you didn’t create a gift receipt at checkout, the recipient will still need some form of proof of purchase to make an exchange or receive a gift card.
